A 15’ round pool, built on ground you’ve already leveled.
Diego — the pad's firm and level, so this quote skips the grading crew, but a proper compacted sand base still goes down under the liner per spec. Same format as your last proposal: pick a tier, adjust the add-ons, and the total at the bottom follows along.
Clearing and grading a bare lot normally add a full crew day to a build like this. Since you've already got the pad firm and level, that day comes off the schedule and the number below — but the compacted sand base under the liner is still part of the spec, so it's still in here.
Before the numbers
What this is (and isn't) yet
Every tier includes
Universal commitments.
Step 1 — Choose your pool
Pick a tier.
All three are genuine Leslie's complete packages — pool, liner, filter/pump, ladder, coving, and floor pad. The differences are wall material, warranty length, and whether the frame is salt-ready.
Liner pattern
What ships with each tier.
Leslie's ships these packages with a fixed pattern per tier rather than an à la carte swatch wall. Freestyle and Epic both come in the All Swirl pattern; Emotion ships in Mystri Gold. Let me know if you'd rather look at liner-only upgrades once we've picked a tier.
Step 2 — Optional add-ons
What else?
None of these are required. Check what you want — the total below updates as you go.
Step 3 — Sand base & install
Getting it built on your pad.
Install: full kit assembly, sand-base placement, liner setting, equipment plumbing, initial chemistry startup, and the written CPO report — a 2-person crew, on-site to complete the build — $3,600.
This is priced for a single build day. If something on-site (access, unexpected obstructions, etc.) pushes the job past that, I'll pause and confirm any added cost with you before continuing — never a surprise on the final invoice.
Step 4 — Payment
How you'd like to pay.
Either way, the total below is the same project — this just changes how it's split.
Step 5 — Your total
What it adds up to.
Every line below updates as you change your selections above.
Step 6 — Logistics
