Not sure of your pool’s gallons?
The seasonal contracts above are bracketed by gallons. If you’ve never measured your pool, this little tool will get you to the right tier in about 90 seconds.
Don’t stress about precision. A tape measure and a rough estimate on depth gets you within 10% — which is plenty close to land on the right tier.
How to measure your pool
Length and width
Measure inside-wall to inside-wall, not the outside of the pool or the deck. For an above-ground pool, the printed size on the box is the inside diameter or length — you can use that number directly.
Diameter (round pools)
Stretch a tape measure across the widest part, going through the center. For above-ground rounds, the labeled size (24 ft, 27 ft, etc.) is exactly this measurement.
Depth, when you can see the bottom
Hold one end of a tape measure at the water surface. Drop the heavy end straight down until it touches bottom. Read the measurement at the surface.
Depth, when you can’t see the bottom
Use a long pool brush handle (or a painter’s pole). Lower it straight down until it stops, then mark where the water surface meets the pole. Pull it out and measure to the mark with a tape.
Average depth (for sloped pools)
The calculator handles the math — just enter the shallow and deep end measurements separately. Average depth is roughly halfway between them, and that’s what determines volume.
Still not sure?
Submit the inquiry form on the contact page with whatever you can estimate. A photo of the pool and the equipment pad lets me confirm size from satellite imagery and equipment plates — we’ll figure it out together.

How we handle money.
All seasonal and annual contracts use a 50% deposit at booking. The balance is due before the first scheduled service of the season.
Pay the full season or year in advance and save 10%. The discount comes off the contract total — chemicals are still billed at cost +20% as used.
Chemicals are bundled into the seasonal contract up to the listed allowance. Anything beyond the allowance is billed at our cost plus 20%, with prior notification before purchase.
If we discover something on-site that’s outside the contract scope, we stop and call. No surprise charges — you authorize the additional work before we proceed.
Deposits are refundable up to 14 days before service starts. After service has begun, refunds are pro-rated for visits not yet performed. Chemical purchases are not refundable once delivered.
All payments process through Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe receipts are emailed automatically. ACH bank transfer is preferred for commercial invoices to reduce processing fees.
Send the details — I’ll come back with a real answer.
Send your pool size, equipment, and what you’re looking for through the contact form. Most quotes can come back in writing the same business day — no sales call required, no packages pushed that don’t fit.
